include large lymphocytes, atypical lymphocytes, blasts, plasma cells, or

Clotted sample; hemolysis; tube not filled to correct
volume.

Clotted sample, improper tube, incorrect volume, incorrect
labeling, dilution of blood with I.V. fluid, samples older than 24
hours.
